Creating Shared Value (CSV), a term introduced by Porter and Kramer (2011), is aimed at enhancing �the competitiveness of a company while simultaneously advancing the economic and social conditions in the communities in which it operates�.��CSV as an organisation and business ethos, therefore, seeks greater integration of organisational economic imperatives with the identification of social needs that can be addressed via the expansion of economic markets and business innovation.
