Project description

is the commencing course in all MBAX programs. Two units of the course are dedicated to introducing the concepts of ethical leadership, ethical thinking, authentic leadership and servant leadership. Students learn how ERS concepts can be applied and, through experiential learning, improve their ability to engage in more responsible leadership.
